Plastic Super Torus Saddle's shape is similar like plastic intalox saddles, it change two ends into rectangle type contact surface. when gas flows upward, liquid will flow downward along with arc channel. This movement way will directly reduce wall flow's happening. However, arched external frame also cause overlapping & briding's happen. This improvement will reduce bridging's happen. super torus saddles has better capacity and lower pressure drop. it also have good liquid distribution and igh mass transfer efficiency.
Material can be made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) per customer request. Plastic super torus saddle packing can widley applied in absorption, scrubbing, and stripping services, degassing and drying tower. Feature: 1. High liquid hold-up and residence time. 2. Good Gas & Liquid distribution. 3. Good performance and low pressure drop.
