The HTP20 NET150 Cross Fluted Trickle Fill is specifically designed for applications where the circulating water contains high levels of solids, such as river or seawater applications, as well as water prone to scaling. It also performs exceptionally well in environments with high sand and silica content. The HTP20 balances thermal efficiency and fouling resistance by generating thin films of trickling water to enable cooling. It is a compact and low-fouling solution, offering better performance than traditional vertical-fluted film fills. Additionally, the HTP20 features a patent-pending alternating tip design that allows proper drainage and minimizes bridging at pack transitions.HTP20 NET150 splash fill is designed for use in both counterflow and crossflow cooling towers, providing excellent thermal performance even in environments with poor water quality. This advanced splash fill from Brentwood utilizes a unique injection-molded design that enhances heat transfer by optimizing droplet formation.
