Product Description

PVC cooling tower splash grid fills are specially designed for industrial cooling towers, suitable for wastewater treatment, chemical plants, textile industries, and dirty water (such as water containing silt, fibers, oil, etc.) processing conditions. They feature low resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, stable and smooth structure, and easy installation. During use, the attachments on the packing can be regularly cleaned with high-pressure water. For industrial-type, medium to high-temperature cooling towers, the water temperature drop typically ranges from 10-25ºC. A series of measures, such as tower diameter, air volume, wind pressure, power, and packing height, are increased to accommodate the high-temperature difference in industrial water cooling. Cooling water is easily and efficiently dispersed in the combination of this grid fill and film, especially in the case of turbid circulating water. It has advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, stable structure, smooth surface, and easy installation. Attachments in the grid fill can be maintained through regular high-pressure water cleaning.

Application and Usage

SWG series splash grid fills are used in counterflow cooling towers, suitable for sewage water treatment, air duct towers, exhaust gas purification towers, dosing platforms, filter ditch cover plates, large sewage treatment pools, dedicated grid packing for large sewage treatment plants, and grass slag baffle areas.
